What are the requirements for better working of your brain?.

Food is required in our day to day activities. Brain on the hand needs proper care for it to work well.Therefore,for it to work well, it must also have to be taken good care of.

Here are some of the foods required by the brain for it’s efficiency.

  1. Dark chocolate.
  2. Walnuts ( contains omega 3)
  3. Avocado ( fatty foods)
  4. Follic acids and placebo.
  5. Tomatoes.
  6. Blue berries ( mixed with water)
  7. Oily fish.( Salmon, mackerel etc).
