  1. Take flour 290 grams or 2 and 1/3 cups into a bowl, add baking powder 2 teaspoons, baking soda half teaspoon and add salt

  7. Add 1/2 cup of buttermilk 120 ml and beat until combined
  8. Repeat with the remainder flour and also add buttermilk
  9. Divide the butter mixture between two 8 inch 20 cm round cake pans
  10. Bake at 350 F for about40 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  11. Allow the cake to cool for 5 to 10 minutes in the pan then release from the pan to cool completely
  12. Take butter softened 150 grams into a clean bowl and add cream cheese 400grams, beat until combined and smooth
  13. Add icing sugar 1 1/4 cups 160 grams 2 tablespoon of vanilla extract and beat until creamy
  14. Take heavy cream cold 120ml into a clean bowl and whip to stiff peaks then fold it into cream cheese mixture
  15. Spread a layer of frosting into one cake then place the second layer of cake on top
  16. Spread the frosting evenly on top and sided of the cake also don’t forget the top
  17. Decorate with sprinkles
  18. Refrigerate 2 hours and its ready to serve
