  • Garlic
  • 3 cloves
  • Ginger

Step by step or directions of making chicken curry

  1. Get 3 tablespoonful of vegetable oil into a wide pan on heat
  2. Chop 2 onions into small pieces and add them into the pan
  3. Stir the onion occasionally until turns golden brown.
  4. Take crated garlic and 3 cloves place it with the onions on the pan
  5. Take grated ginger 1 tablespoonful stir and cook them for about 2 minutes
  6. Add four chopped tomatoes then continue cooking while stirring until they turn soft
  7. Take curry powder 2 tablespoonful add into the mixture stir and cook for two minutes
  8. Add chopped chicken breast and salt 1 spoonful and 1/2 spoon of black pepper then stir as you cook until golden
  9. Cook and cover for 2 to 3 minutes more and then add3/4 cup of water.
  10. Cover to cook for 10 minutes
  11. Add coconut cream or milk 400grams and stir then add 1/2 spoon of masala and half spoon of salt, cook until thickened then add chopped coriander.
  12. Serve it with rice and enjoy your chicken curry
